Brooksville, Florida shop. We use only sustainable Pine wood.
The thickness of any soap dish can vary due to wood purchases and sanding issues, but is usually to 3/4".
They are sanded to "Smooth to The Touch."
All of our dishes are of solid, one piece construction. No gluing*.
As you know, there is a wide variance in Pine.
Expect to see the very occasional knothole, blemishes,
light and dark grains, and other naturally occurring characteristics.
These variations do not impact normal use or strength.
We do not send units that include defects like cuts, gouges or splits.
